- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 cup cashews
Directions
- Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the chicken and cook until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
- Add the garlic and ginger and cook for 1 minute.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, honey, and cornstarch.
- Add the sauce to the skillet and cook for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the cashews and cook for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Serve hot over rice.
