- 1 tablespoon honey
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine the spinach, bacon, red onion, mushrooms, and feta cheese. Toss to combine.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, white wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, and honey. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine. Serve immediately.
