Ingredients

  • 1 9-inch pre-made pie crust
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup minced fresh parsley
  • 1/2 pound bacon, cut into thin strips

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Press the pie crust into a 9-inch pie dish.
  3. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, cream, salt, and pepper until well blended.
  4. Stir in the Swiss cheese, Parmesan cheese, and parsley.
  5. Pour egg mixture into the prepared pie crust.
  6. Arrange the bacon strips in a rose pattern on top of the egg mixture.
  7. Bake for 35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the center is set.
  8. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
