1 (10-ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 cup ricotta cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup plain breadcrumbs
1/4 cup butter, melted
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease an 8-inch baking dish.
In a medium bowl, combine the spinach, ricotta, Parmesan, and mozzarella cheeses. Mix in the eggs, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Pour into the prepared baking dish.
Combine the breadcrumbs and butter in a small bowl. Sprinkle over the top of the spinach mixture.
Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until top is golden brown.
Remove from oven and let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
