Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 3 tablespoons cold unsalted butter, cut into small cubes
  • 1/4 cup cold water

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, oats, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add the butter cubes and use a pastry blender or your fingers to cut in the butter until the mixture resembles a coarse meal.
  4. Add the cold water and mix with a fork until the dough comes together.
  5. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough to 1/8-inch thickness.
  6. Using a pizza cutter or sharp knife, cut the dough into desired shapes.
  7. Place the crackers on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool completely before serving.
