Ingredients

  • 1 pound cooked pasta
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/2 cup diced cucumber
  • 1/4 cup pitted black olives
  • 1/4 cup minced fresh parsley
  • 1/2 cup Italian dressing
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, celery, bell pepper, onion, cucumber, olives, and parsley.
  2. Pour the Italian dressing over the top and stir to combine.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
