Ingredients

  • 2 cups chopped fresh spinach
  • 1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until all ingredients are combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe dish.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly.
  6. Serve hot with chips or crackers.
