Ingredients
1 spaghetti squash
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin

Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cut the spaghetti squash in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds.
Brush the cut sides of the squash with olive oil and season with garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, cumin, salt and pepper.
Place the squash cut side down on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until the squash is tender.
Remove the squash from the oven and use a fork to scrape the strands of squash into a bowl.
Mix in the fresh parsley and serve.
