Ingredients
- 1 spaghetti squash
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the spaghetti squash in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds.
- Brush the cut sides of the squash with olive oil and season with garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, cumin, salt and pepper.
- Place the squash cut side down on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until the squash is tender.
- Remove the squash from the oven and use a fork to scrape the strands of squash into a bowl.
- Mix in the fresh parsley and serve.
