Ingredients

Directions

  1. In a large skillet, cook the diced bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove the bacon from the skillet and set it aside.

  3. Transfer the cooked onion, garlic, and jalapenos to the slow cooker.
  4. Add the corn kernels, diced potatoes, chicken broth, cumin, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper to the slow cooker.
  5. Stir everything together and cook on high heat for 4 hours or low heat for 8 hours, until the potatoes are tender.
