Directions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced onion, minced garlic, and minced ginger to the skillet. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until fragrant and slightly softened.
  3. Add the ground chicken or turkey to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks.
