Ingredients
- 1 (3-4 lb) pork roast
- 1/3 cup honey mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey mustard, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.
- Place pork roast in a roasting pan and season with salt and pepper.
- Pour honey mustard mixture over the pork roast and use your hands to rub the mixture all over the roast.
- Roast in preheated oven for 90 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the pork reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Remove roast from oven and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
