- 1 pound sirloin steak, sliced into thin strips

Directions
- In a medium bowl, mix together the soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes.
- Add the steak strips and toss to coat. Let marinate for 15 minutes.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steak strips and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes, or until the steak is cooked through.
- Add the cooked rice and green onions to the skillet and stir to combine. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
