Ingredients
- 1 cup of pitted dates
- ½ cup of cashews
- ¼ cup of almond meal
- 2 tablespoons of maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon of ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons of coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon of water
Directions
- Add the dates, cashews, almond meal, maple syrup, ginger and cinnamon to a food processor and blend until the mixture is well combined.
- Add the coconut oil and water and blend until the mixture is smooth.
- Using your hands, form the mixture into small balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes before serving.
