- 1 pound jumbo lump crabmeat

- 1 teaspoon of Old Bay seasoning
- 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
- 1/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 cup of almond flour
- 2 tablespoons of melted coconut oil
- 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of freshly ground pepper
Directions
- In a large bowl, gently mix the crabmeat, mayonnaise, Old Bay, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and parsley.
- In a separate bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut oil, sea salt, and pepper.
- Gently combine the wet and dry ingredients until fully incorporated.
- Form the crab mixture into 2-inch patties.
- Heat a skillet on medium-high heat and add the crab cakes.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes each side, or until golden brown.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
