Ingredients
- 2 lbs pork riblets
- 1/4 cup of soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons of Chinese five-spice powder
- 1/4 cup of honey
- 2 teaspoons of garlic powder
- 1/4 cup of hot chili sauce
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, Chinese five-spice powder, honey, garlic powder, and hot chili sauce.
- Place the riblets in a baking dish and pour the marinade over them.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
- Increase the oven temperature to 425 degrees Fahrenheit and bake for an additional 5 minutes or until the riblets are cooked through.
- Serve hot.
