Ingredients
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 ripe peaches, diced
- 2 cups mixed greens
- Optional: 1/4 cup toasted slivered almonds
Directions
- In a small bowl, combine the yogurt, honey, garlic powder, pepper, olive oil, lemon juice, and salt. Whisk until smooth.
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken, peaches, and greens. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss until everything is evenly coated.
- Divide the salad among four plates. If desired, top with toasted almonds.
- Serve immediately.
