Ingredients
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 can chili (your choice of heat)
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional garnish: diced jalapeno peppers, diced tomatoes, chopped cilantro, and/or additional shredded cheese
Directions
- In a medium bowl, mix together the sour cream, shredded cheese, and chili.
- Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
- Add the butter to the chili mixture and stir to combine.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer the dip to an oven-safe dish and bake in a 350°F oven for 10 minutes.
- Remove from oven and garnish with jalapeno peppers, diced tomatoes, chopped cilantro, and/or additional shredded cheese.
- Serve immediately with chips or crackers.
