Ingredients
- 1 16 ounce package of rotini pasta
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1/2 cup diced cucumber
- 1/2 cup Catalina dressing
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
- Cook the rotini according to the package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, bell peppers, red onion, celery, cucumber, Catalina dressing, and Parmesan cheese. Toss to combine.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
