Directions
- Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

- Stir in the apricot jam, red pepper flakes, black pepper, garlic powder, and ground ginger. Cook for 2 minutes.
- Add the soy sauce and water and cook for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Serve over rice or noodles.
