Ingredients
- 2 bunches of bok choy
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Trim the ends of the bok choy, wash and dry. Cut each head into quarters.
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, sesame oil, soy sauce, honey, salt and pepper. Add bok choy and toss to coat.
- Transfer bok choy to a baking sheet and spread out. Roast for 15 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Remove from oven and serve warm.
