Ingredients
2 bunches of bok choy
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon honey
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Trim the ends of the bok choy, wash and dry. Cut each head into quarters.
In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, sesame oil, soy sauce, honey, salt and pepper. Add bok choy and toss to coat.
Transfer bok choy to a baking sheet and spread out. Roast for 15 minutes, stirring halfway through.
Remove from oven and serve warm.
