Ingredients

  • 2 bunches of bok choy
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Trim the ends of the bok choy, wash and dry. Cut each head into quarters.
  3. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, sesame oil, soy sauce, honey, salt and pepper. Add bok choy and toss to coat.
  4. Transfer bok choy to a baking sheet and spread out. Roast for 15 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  5. Remove from oven and serve warm.
