Ingredients
- 4 Idaho potatoes
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Wash the potatoes and pat dry. Carefully slice potatoes into thin slices, almost but not all the way through the potato. Make sure to leave about 1/4 inch at the bottom of the potato so the slices stay together.
- In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, garlic, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the potatoes with the butter mixture and place on a baking sheet. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes.
- Increase oven temperature to 425 degrees F. Bake for an additional 18 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from oven and serve immediately.
