Ingredients

  • 2 large taro
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Wash the taro, then peel and cut the taro into thin slices.
  3. Place the slices on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
  4. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Remove from oven and let cool.
