Ingredients
- 2 large taro
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Wash the taro, then peel and cut the taro into thin slices.
- Place the slices on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from oven and let cool.
