Ingredients

  • 1 package of Mie Goreng noodles
  • 1 cup of vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup of diced onion
  • 1/2 cup of diced red bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup of diced green bell pepper
  • 1 cup of cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup of soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup of sweet soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon of ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup of chopped fresh cilantro

Directions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the diced onion, red bell pepper, and green bell pepper, and stir-fry for 5 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
  3. Add the cooked chicken, soy sauce, sweet soy sauce, ground black pepper, red pepper flakes, and garlic powder. Stir-fry for an additional 5 minutes.
  4. Add the Mie Goreng noodles and stir-fry for an additional 5 minutes, or until the noodles are heated through.
  5. Stir in the chopped cilantro and serve hot.
