Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/3 cup chopped onion
- 1/3 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with butter and set aside.
- In a medium bowl, toss together the potatoes, butter, onion, celery, garlic powder, oregano, thyme, salt and pepper.
- Spread the mixture into the prepared baking dish and bake for 25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the potatoes are tender and golden brown.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
