Ingredients
- 1 lb of Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: 2 tablespoons of shredded Parmesan cheese
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- In a large bowl, combine Brussels sprouts and olive oil.
- Sprinkle with garlic powder, salt and pepper and toss to coat.
- Spread on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, until tender and golden.
- Optional: Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake for an additional 2 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy.
