Ingredients
- 1 lb. smoked salmon, drained and flaked
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup crushed buttery crackers
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine the smoked salmon, cream cheese, mayonnaise, onion, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Using a fork, mash the ingredients together until combined.
- Shape the mixture into a ball, and then roll it in the crushed crackers until thoroughly coated.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Serve chilled.
