Ingredients

  • 1 lb. smoked salmon, drained and flaked
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup crushed buttery crackers

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the smoked salmon, cream cheese, mayonnaise, onion, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Using a fork, mash the ingredients together until combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into a ball, and then roll it in the crushed crackers until thoroughly coated.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  5. Serve chilled.
