- 3 tablespoons honey
- 3 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
- 2 tablespoons ginger, grated
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup peanuts, chopped (optional)
Directions
- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, fish sauce, honey, lime juice, sriracha sauce, ginger, and garlic.
- Place the chicken wings in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or overnight for maximum flavor.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top.
- Remove the chicken wings from the marinade, allowing any excess marinade to drip off, and place them on the wire rack.
- Bake the wings for 25-30 minutes, or until they are crispy and golden brown.
- While the wings are baking, prepare the lime dipping sauce by combining 1/4 cup lime juice, 2 tablespoons fish sauce, 1 tablespoon honey, and a pinch of red pepper flakes in a small bowl.
- Remove the wings from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes.
- Sprinkle the wings with chopped cilantro and peanuts (if desired) before serving.
- Serve the Thai-style chicken wings with the lime dipping sauce on the side.
