Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 8 oz noodles of your choice
  • 2 tbsp chili crisp sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup snow peas
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add shrimp and season with salt and pepper. Cook until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add garlic, ginger, red bell pepper, and snow peas. Cook for 2-3 minutes until vegetables are tender.
  4. Add chili crisp sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and honey to the skillet. Stir to combine.
  5. Return shrimp to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce. Add cooked noodles and green onions. Stir well to combine.
