Ingredients
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup corn kernels
- 1/2 red bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika

Directions
- In a large mixing bowl, mash the black beans with a fork or potato masher.
