  • 8 ounces linguine pasta

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Directions

  1. Cook the linguine pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, combine the shrimp and Cajun seasoning. Toss until the shrimp are well coated.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and cooked through. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, melt butter and add minced garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

  7. Return the cooked shrimp to the skillet and toss with the pasta and sauce.
