These mouthwatering burgers are filled with a spicy and creamy blend of cream cheese, crisp bacon, and fiery jalapenos. Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 4 slices bacon
  • 4 jalapeno peppers
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 burger buns

Directions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  3. While the bacon is cooking, cut the jalapenos in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and membranes.
  4. In a small bowl, mix the cream cheese, crumbled bacon, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  5. Divide the ground beef into 8 equal-sized balls. Flatten each ball into a thin patty.
  6. Place a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture onto 4 of the patties. Top each one with a jalapeno half, cut-side down.
  7. Take the remaining 4 patties and place them on top of the cream cheese and jalapenos. Press the edges together to seal the burgers.
  8. Grill the burgers for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked to your desired level of doneness.
  9. Toast the burger buns on the grill for a minute, if desired.
  10. Serve the burgers on the toasted buns with your favorite toppings and condiments.
