Enjoy a flavorful and juicy burger infused with tangy ranch flavor with this easy-to-follow recipe. Made with ground beef, breadcrumbs, and a delicious ranch seasoning blend, these ranch burgers are perfect for grilling or pan-frying. Serve them on toasted buns with your favorite toppings and condiments for a mouthwatering meal that the whole family will love.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • Lettuce, tomato, onion, and your favorite burger toppings

Directions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, ranch seasoning mix, milk, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  2. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a patty, approximately 1/2 inch thick.
  3. Preheat the grill or a large skillet over medium-high heat. If using a skillet, add a tablespoon of oil to prevent sticking.
  4. Cook the burgers for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness. For medium-rare, cook for 4 minutes per side. For well-done, cook for 5-6 minutes per side.
  5. During the last minute of cooking, toast the hamburger buns on the grill or in a toaster.
  6. Remove the burgers from the heat and let them rest for a few minutes.
  7. Assemble the burgers by placing each patty on a toasted bun. Top with lettuce, tomato, onion, and any other desired toppings.
  8. Serve the ranch burgers hot and enjoy!
