Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 hamburger buns
- Lettuce, tomato, onion, and your favorite burger toppings
Directions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, ranch seasoning mix, milk, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly incorporated.
- Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a patty, approximately 1/2 inch thick.
- Preheat the grill or a large skillet over medium-high heat. If using a skillet, add a tablespoon of oil to prevent sticking.
- Cook the burgers for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness. For medium-rare, cook for 4 minutes per side. For well-done, cook for 5-6 minutes per side.
- During the last minute of cooking, toast the hamburger buns on the grill or in a toaster.
- Remove the burgers from the heat and let them rest for a few minutes.
- Assemble the burgers by placing each patty on a toasted bun. Top with lettuce, tomato, onion, and any other desired toppings.
- Serve the ranch burgers hot and enjoy!
