Ingredients
- 12 fresh jalapeno peppers
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 2 eggs, beaten
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut the jalapeno peppers in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and membranes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Fill each jalapeno half with the cheese mixture and press the halves back together.
- Dip each stuffed jalapeno in the beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs.
