Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 Scotch bonnet peppers, chopped
- 2 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp ground allspice
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Salt and pepper to taste

- In a large bowl, combine soy sauce, lime juice, brown sugar, garlic, onion, Scotch bonnet peppers, thyme, allspice, cinnamon, salt, and pepper.
