Ingredients
- 6 hard-boiled eggs
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 chipotle chili in adobo sauce, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 3 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- Chopped fresh chives for garnish
Directions
- Cut the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks. Place the yolks in a bowl and mash them with a fork.
