Ingredients

  • 1 cup gluten-free oat flour
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
  • 1/2 cup vegan butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup applesauce
  • 1/2 cup raisins

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the oat flour, coconut sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and allspice.
  3. Add the melted butter, applesauce, and raisins to the dry ingredients and mix until completely combined.
  4. Line a 9x13 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly into the pan.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool before cutting into bars.
