Ingredients

  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1 cup almonds
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 3 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the walnuts, almonds, cranberries, honey, coconut oil, cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a greased baking sheet about 1 inch apart.
  4. Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  5. Cool for 10 minutes before serving.
