Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 green pepper, diced
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- Hamburger buns, to serve
Directions
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef, onion, and green pepper until the beef is browned and the vegetables are tender, about 8 minutes.
- Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper, and cook for 1 minute more.
- Stir in the tomato sauce, ketchup, and brown sugar. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Serve on hamburger buns.
