Unroll crescent rolls and place in a 9-inch square baking pan. Press dough into pan to form an even crust. Bake for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook beef, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder and black pepper over medium heat until beef is no longer pink. Drain fat.
Stir in onion and tomato sauce; cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Spread beef mixture over partially-baked crust.
Sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses. Bake for 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Slice and serve hot.
