Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger paste
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 red bell pepper, seeded and chopped
- 1 large tomato, chopped
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into small cubes
- 3 tablespoons cream
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
Directions
- Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Add the ginger paste, chili powder, cumin, coriander, garam masala, turmeric, and salt and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
- Add the bell pepper and tomato and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add the chicken and cook until browned, about 10 minutes.
- Add the cream and cook until the sauce has thickened, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the cilantro and serve.
