Directions

Add the bell pepper and tomato and cook for 5 minutes.
Add the chicken and cook until browned, about 10 minutes.
Add the cream and cook until the sauce has thickened, about 5 minutes.
Stir in the cilantro and serve.

Chicken Jalfarezi originated in India but is now popular around the world.
It is traditionally served with naan or flatbread.
The dish gets its name from the Hindi word “jalfarezi” which means “stir-fry”.
