- 1 lb. spaghetti
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti and cook according to package instructions.
- Drain the spaghetti and return it to the pot. Add the olive oil and garlic and stir to combine.
- In a small bowl, mix together the Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, cream, basil, parsley, pepper, and salt.
