Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 jalapeno, minced

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 4 burger buns

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, onion, garlic, jalapeno, smoked paprika, cumin, cilantro, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
  3. Form the mixture into 4 patties.
  4. Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat.
