Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup of spinach
- 1/4 cup of shredded cheese
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
- Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add spinach and cook until wilted, about 5 minutes.
- Crack eggs into the skillet, season with salt and pepper.
- Cook until the whites are set, about 3 minutes.
- Top with cheese and cover skillet with a lid.
- Cook until the cheese is melted, about 2 minutes.
- Serve.
