- 1 cup dates, pitted and finely chopped

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a medium bowl, combine the dates, oats, granola, coconut oil, honey, vanilla, cinnamon and salt.
- Stir until everything is combined and a dough forms.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Scoop out tablespoon-sized balls of the cookie dough and place them on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cookies are golden brown.
