Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup heavy cream

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, 3 tablespoons sugar, and butter. Mix until thoroughly combined.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch springform pan.
  4. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until light and fluffy. Add 1 cup sugar and flour, and beat until well combined.
  5. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition.
  6. Stir in sour cream and vanilla extract.
  7. Pour the mixture into the prepared crust.
  8. Bake for 50 minutes, or until center is set.
  9. Remove from oven and cool to room temperature.
  10. In a small saucepan, melt the chocolate chips and heavy cream over low heat, stirring constantly.
  11. Spread the melted chocolate over the cooled cheesecake.
  12. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
