Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar

- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1/3 cup heavy cream
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
- In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, 3 tablespoons sugar, and butter. Mix until thoroughly combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until light and fluffy. Add 1 cup sugar and flour, and beat until well combined.
- Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition.
- Stir in sour cream and vanilla extract.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared crust.
- Bake for 50 minutes, or until center is set.
- Remove from oven and cool to room temperature.
- In a small saucepan, melt the chocolate chips and heavy cream over low heat, stirring constantly.
- Spread the melted chocolate over the cooled cheesecake.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
