Ingredients

  • 1 head of cabbage
  • 4 strips of smoked bacon, chopped
  • 1 onion, diced

  • 1/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 cup of chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar

Directions

  1. Remove the outer leaves of the cabbage and cut it into quarters. Remove the core and chop the cabbage into bite-sized pieces.
