Stir in the pineapple.
Drop the dough by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets.
Bake for 9 to 12 minutes in the preheated oven, or until the edges just start to turn golden brown.
Cool the cookies on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
