Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 pound of beef round steak, thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 pound of mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of paprika
  • 1/2 cup of beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup of sour cream

Directions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the beef to the skillet and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the garlic, onion, mushrooms, thyme, Worcestershire sauce, and paprika to the skillet and cook until the vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.
