Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup cold butter
  • 1/4 cup cold water

Directions

  3. On a floured surface, roll out the dough into a large circle. Place the dough into a 9-inch pie plate and press it into the plate.
  4. Prick the bottom of the dough with a fork and place in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
  5. Preheat oven to 375°F. Bake the crust for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
