Ingredients

  • 2 cups gluten-free all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1 cup sourdough starter
  • 1/2 cup raisins

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together the honey, coconut oil, and sourdough starter. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
  4. Fold in the raisins and pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean.
  6. Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes before turning out onto a wire rack to cool completely.
