Ingredients
- 2 cups gluten-free all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 1 cup sourdough starter
- 1/2 cup raisins
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix together the honey, coconut oil, and sourdough starter. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Fold in the raisins and pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean.
- Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes before turning out onto a wire rack to cool completely.
